SMITH (Mulhuddart, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 and formerly of Infirmary Road, Dublin 7) March 29^th 2020 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Jimmy, beloved husband of the late Margaret, dear father of Brian, Lisa, Barry, Helena, James, Linda, Sean, Celine and Sabrina and brother of David, Joan and the late Brian and Mick. Jimmy will be sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters, brother, sister, grandchildren, great-grandson, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Due to Government advice and restrictions regarding public gatherings and to protect our most vulnerable family members and our friends, a private family funeral will take place.

We look forward to meeting everyone at a Memorial Service for Jimmy where we will honour his life at a later date.

<p>Very sorry to hear about jimmy. He was a hard working decent oul skin. I remember him as a kid he used to sit on the wall in Woodvale having a rest from the papers and talking to us bout the Gaa and give us good slagging. He was was gas man. May he rest in peace . Bootsy</p>

<p>To say we lost a gentleman from our neighbourhood would be an understatement.Jimmy was our local paperman a joker and an pleasure to say I grew up knowing him.His love for his family was truly unconditional and a husband that you don&#8217;t come across very often.His children are a credit to him and Margeret and although I know they are all broken hearted I hope they feel comfort in knowing they are together again.Look over all your family Jimmy especially Celine she will need your guidance. EGAN, Abigail (Celbridge, Co. Kildare)

With the heaviest of hearts, we announce the passing of our beautiful, brave daughter Abigail (aged 9) who died peacefully at home on 28^th July 2026, surrounded by her family.

Adored daughter of Sinéad and Paul, and the most loved sister and best friend of Ben.

Abigail will be sadly missed and forever in the hearts of her grandparents Anthony and Mary Keating (Celbridge, Co. Kildare) and Michael and Irene Egan (Artane, Co. Dublin), her aunt Clare and her husband Craig, uncle Jonathan and his partner Sarah, her wonderful cousins Luke, Sophie, Khloe, Cara and Anna, extended family and friends.

Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Celbridge on Friday morning (31^st July) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Donacomper Cemetery, Celbridge.

Always our little angel, forever watching over us

In accordance with Abigail’s family’s wishes, those attending her funeral are encouraged to wear bright colours.

Treacy, (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Capel Street, Dublin 1) July 26th, 2026 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Elm Green Nursing Home, Maureen Patricia, beloved daughter of the late William and Christina and dear sister of John, Kevin, Christy and the late Leo, Paddy and Tommy. Sadly missed by her loving brothers, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Wednesday evening (July 29th) between 5pm and 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning (July 30th) to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.

LYNCH-PAGE, Michelle (Celbridge, Co. Kildare and formerly of Leixlip) July 25^th, 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Tallaght Hospital.

Beloved wife of Clive, cherished mam of Leigh, Alannah and the late CJ and Chloe and adored sister of Laura and Jenn. Pre-deceased by her parents Brendan and Esther.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughter, sisters, mother-in-law Noeleen, father-in-law Dermot, brothers-in-law Michael, Billy and Deco, sister-in-law Jenny, nephews Nathan, Ken and Jamie, nieces Alicia, Ella, Ava, Donna and Jade, best friend Sandra, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

LANE, Mary (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Roscommon, Ballsbridge and Toronto, Canada) July 24^th, 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her family and in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Pre-deceased by her parents Peter and Agnes, her brothers Gerard, Anthony and Vincent, her nephew Roddy and her brother-in-law Lexie.

Sadly missed by her loving sister Dr. Eileen Silke, sisters-in-law Bridget and Bernie, nieces and nephews Úna (Ken), Siobhán, Henry (Ciara), Gerard (Louise), Stephen (Lisa), Helen (Marco), Gemma, Declan (Angie) and Antonia (Bik), grandnieces and grandnephews Alec, Ellen, Rónán, Ciarán, Ruaidhrí, Sienna, Alex, Andrew (Orlagh), Rachel, Conor (Naoise) and Kieran and a wide circle of relatives and friends in Ireland and Canada.

Bláithín Dowling Cunningham (Rahan Road, Tullamore Co. Offaly and Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, Dublin 15 and late of the Department of Education). Bláithín passed away peacefully on the 24th of July in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown after a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her adored father John.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Donal, Mother May, her sister Fionnuala (Brocklebank), brothers Kieran and Cormac and her cherished nieces and nephews.

Bláithín will be sadly missed and always remembered by her loving husband, mother, siblings, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends from her career in the Civil Service.

Bláithín’s family would like to thank the wonderful staff in the St. Elizabeth's ward, Mater Private Hospital and St. Francis Hospice for their wonderful care and attention.

A Celebration of Bláithín’s life will take place on Monday afternoon (July 27th) at 2.45pm in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

To say we lost a gentleman from our neighbourhood would be an understatement.Jimmy was our local paperman a joker and an pleasure to say I grew up knowing him.His love for his family was truly unconditional and a husband that you don’t come across very often.His children are a credit to him and Margeret and although I know they are all broken hearted I hope they feel comfort in knowing they are together again.Look over all your family Jimmy especially Celine she will need your guidance.
