O’Connor Jason (Jakey) (Blanchardstown) September 1^st. 2017 (suddenly).

Sadly missed by his loving mother Mary, father Patrick, sister Alison, brothers Patrick, Ian, Wayne and Daniel, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brother-in-law, relatives and friends. R.I.P.

Reposing at his sister Alison’s residence on Tuesday evening from 5.00 O’Clock until 7.00 O’Clock.

Removal to the Church of St Philip the Apostle, Mountview, Clonsilla on Wednesday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11:00O’Clock followed by burial in Mulhuddart cemetery.
