James (Jimmy) Flanagan

FLANAGAN (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Garrison, Co. Fermanagh) February 5^th 2019 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Lucan Lodge Nursing Home and surrounded by his family. James (Jimmy), beloved husband of Carmel, dear father of Gertrude, John and Aiden, devoted grandfather of Laura, Emma, Alan, Rebecca, Cian, Darragh and Caoimhe and brother of the late Kathleen. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Jacqueline and Olive, son-in-law Dave, brothers John, Patrick, Roger and Bernard, sisters Teresa and Betty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on (Wednesday) evening from 6.00 o’c to 8.00 o’c. Reposing at his son John’s residence on (Thursday) evening from 4.00 o’c to 8.00 o’c. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker on (Friday) morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00 o’c followed by burial in Esker Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to the Irish Kidney Association.
