WHELAN, (née Corrigan), Sandra (formerly of Woodview Heights, Lucan, Co. Dublin) January 6th, 2021 (peacefully) at home. Beloved wife of John and cherished daughter of Dave and Geraldine and dear sister of Olivia, Suzanne and David. Sandra, loving Aunt of Shannon, Abi and James. Sandra will be sadly missed by her loving family and partners Eugene and Eva, mother-in-law Geraldine, father-in-law John, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
A private funeral will take place due to government advice regarding public gatherings. When the current circumstances have passed we look forward to celebrating Sandra’s life with friends and extended family at a later date. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral; but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message or condolence below.

I am heartbroken to hear the news. Sandra, You were such a kind hearted soul, best of friends to me throughout our time in vhi together. Our time together in credit control is some of my fondest memories.

So very sad to hear this news. Sandra and I worked together on the same team in VHI and kept in touch every Christmas via cards. No card this year but I never guessed. I am heartbroken for John and her family. She was an angel in disguise. So very sad.
