sister of the late Michael. Anne will be sadly missed by her daughter, son, sisters Marie and Bernie, brother Christopher (Bow), granddaughter Roxy,  brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

 May she rest in peace. 

 A private funeral will take place due to government advice regarding public gatherings. When the current circumstances have passed we look forward to celebrating Anne’s life with friends and extended family at a later date.

Roscommon and former School Principal, Coolmine Community School) August 25th 2026 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at Ryevale Nursing Home, Leixlip. Beloved husband of Mary, devoted father of Dara, Máirín and Seán, cherished grandfather of Róisín, Muirne, Ailsa, Ewan, Tom and Livia and dear brother of Noreen and the late Tony, Tom, Maureen, Kathleen, Margaret, Br. Eamon, Paddy and Eileen. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Steve and Gavin, daughter-in-law Karen, relatives and friends. R.I.P.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Thursday evening (August 27th) from 6pm to 8pm.

Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Friday morning (August 28th) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.30am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.

Ryan, Eileen(née Rooney), (Corduff, Dublin and formerly of Claddagh, Co. Galway) August 21st, 2026. Peacefully, at home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Paddy, loved and cherished mother of Maria, Patrick and Lisa adored nanny of Monique, Lauryn and Karl and great grandmother of Jacob. Sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Mary, Kathleen, Helen and Margie, brother Fred, Patrick’s partner Sharon, Lisa’s partner Eamonn, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

PENNY (née O'Brien), Esther (Palmerstown, Dublin and formerly of Bluebell, Dublin). Passed away suddenly but peacefully, at home, on August 20th 2026.

Beloved wife of Norman and dear mother of Marie, Angela, David, Jonathan, Matthew, Mark and Andrew.
