MURPHY Nikki (Nicola) (Hartstown, Dublin 15) September 1st, 2020 (peacefully) at Beaumont Hospital. Beloved partner of Stewie , daughter of Jo and Mick., sister of paul , michelle , jacqi and Dani , aunty of Lauren , Joey and Rose and stepmom to Aaron and Eoin. Sadly missed by her loving partner, family, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. R.I.P.

A private funeral will take place at St Ciarans Church, Hartstown followed by burial in St Fintans Cemetery, Sutton.

I am very sorry to be unable to attend Nikki’s funeral. I met Nikki online in June when I was diagnosed with Lymphoma and became friends with Nikki through her Instagram page. Nikki offered so much support to me even through her own battles. Her strength and courage over the short few months that I knew her, were a huge inspiration to me. She thought me all of the tricks of the trade in terms of Teresa’s ward and Beaumont. We always had a laugh together even though it was a tough few months for her. Nikki was such a friendly loving person and I’m sure her loss will be truly felt by all. My thoughts are with Stewie and her family. Sincerely Anila xxx

Nikki was the funniest person I worked with in Tesco , whenever I had to work on checkouts I’d always try work beside her so we could slag people under our breaths and a few hours working on the checkout would fly by if I was beside her. Enjoyed going for a pint after work every so often with her , she didn’t take any nonsense from anyone and had a devious sense of humour. Havnt seen her since last year , terribly sad to hear of her passing . Condolences to her family and friends. RIP.
