Peter O'Flynn

Dublin, Castleknock

O’FLYNN Peter (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Blackrock, Co Dublin) May 2nd 2020, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Peter, beloved husband of Éimear and dear father of Ciarán and Aoife, pre-deceased by his mum Mairéad and mother-in-law Terry; very sadly missed by his family, father Frank, father-in-law Vincent, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, extended family and his wide circle of friends and colleagues, both at home and abroad.

May he rest in peace.

Due to Government and public health restrictions regarding public gatherings and to protect our most vulnerable family members and friends, a private family funeral will take place.

People who would like to pay their respects to Peter may do so on Thursday morning May 7th at 9:30 am as Peter makes his way from his home in The Pines to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock and along Auburn Ave. or by joining the private funeral service remotely by webcam by clicking HERE from 10 am.

When the current circumstances have passed, we look forward to gathering to celebrate Peter’s life at a later date. For those who would have liked to attend with us at this time, but due to current restrictions cannot, please share your personal memories or messages by selecting “Condolences” below.    Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St Francis Hospice Blanchardstown (www.sfh.ie) or the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (www.imnda.ie).
