Anthony (Tony) McDermott

Anthony Mc Dermott (Tony) of Beechwood Lawns, Rathcoole (and formerly of Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim) passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Annabeg Nursing Home, Ballybrack, Co.Dublin on November 8th, 2018.

Beloved husband of the late Josephine, cherished father of Áine, Sorcha and Róisín and devoted grandfather of Emily, Niamh, Seán and Pat.

He will be sadly missed by his devoted daughters and grandchildren, brother Seán, sisters Maura and Carmel, sons-in-law Terry, Robert and Donal, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Lucan on Friday evening (Nov 9th) from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (Nov 10th) at the Church of the Holy Family, Rathcoole at 12 noon, followed by burial at Newcastle Cemetery.
