McGrath, Edward (Eddie) Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Dun Laoghaire.

Sunday, May 11^th, 2025, suddenly but peacefully at home.

Adored husband of Edel (née Stanley) and cherished father of Sadbh and Caoimhe. Eddie will be deeply missed by his wife, daughters, Sadbh’s partner Liam, his siblings Teresa, Pat, Veronica, Mary and Kathleen, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnephews, relatives, many friends and his colleagues at The State Laboratory. 

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Veronica.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Thursday evening (15^th May) from 4pm to 6pm.

Removal to the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge, Castleknock on Friday morning (16^th May) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.
