Eileen Whelan

WHELAN (Nee Walsh) (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Aglish, Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny) April 6^th. 2022 (peacefully) at her residence and surrounded by her family. Eileen, beloved wife of Patrick (Paddy) and dear mother of Padraig, Aisling, Ciaran and Grainne and a devoted grandmother to Patrick, Bella, Honor-Marie, Ruby, Ted, Caroline, Harry, Edi, Olivia, Flora, Hugh and Rory. Pre-deceased by her sister Joan and nephew Niall. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Ronan and Ewan, daughters-in-law Judith and Karen, brother John, sister-in-law Breda, brothers-in-law Bill and Rusty, nephew Michael, nieces Carolyn and Sinead, relatives and friends R.I.P. 

Reposing at her residence on Friday evening from 4 pm to 7 pm.

Removal to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip on Saturday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery.
