CARR (née Hegarty), Imelda (Castleknock, Dublin 15) June 10th, 2025 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of the late Dr. James (Jim) and much-loved mother of Mary, Rosemarie, James, Susannah, Jonathan, Dominique and Bridget and predeceased by her sister Rose, brother Derry and sister-in-law Betty. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren Alex, Mark, Andrew, Rebecca, Cristian, Sebastian, Finn, Ellisa, Ami, Lucas, Hannah, Daire and Sophie, sons-in-law Matt, Enda and Graham, daughters-in-law Niamh and Agnieszka, sisters Mairead (Margaret) and Eileen, brother Joe, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Friday evening (June 13th) between 5 pm and 7 pm. Removal on Saturday morning (June 14th) to The Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by burial in Castleknock Churchyard.
