Joseph (Joey) Bray

BRAY, Joseph (Joey) (Oaklee, Hawthorn Court, Celbridge, Co. Kildare and formerly of Melvin Road, Terenure, Dublin and long serving employee at Cathal Brugha Barracks) April 17th 2025 (peacefully), surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the exceptional staff at the Silver Birch Unit, Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Dear brother of the late Patrick, John, Martin, Edward, Anthony and Annie and uncle of the late Martin Bray. Also remembering his close friend Albert.

Sadly missed by his loving nieces Susan, Bella and Maria and their partners Robert, Sean and John, grandnieces Emma, Christine and Ava and their partners Gavin and Malachy, grandnephews Patrick, Robbie, John and Dillon and their partners Laura, Sadhbh and Jenny, great-grandnephews Robbie and Harry, great-grandniece Lily, relatives and friends especially Maureen and Derek and all at Oaklee.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at his niece Susan’s residence in Celbridge on Monday evening (April 21st) from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (April 22nd) to St. Patrick’s Church, Celbridge arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery.
