McManus (Hillcrest, Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Glangevlin, Co. Cavan) October 10th. 2017, (suddenly), Philip, beloved husband of Mary and dear father of Declan.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, Declan’s fiancée Laura, sister Madeline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. R.I.P.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Friday evening from 6.00 O’Clock until 8.00 O’Clock. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church Esker, Lucan on Saturday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00 O’Clock followed by burial in Esker cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.

The Family would appreciate if you could leave a message to be put into a book of condolences for the family.

I’ve known Philip for 26 years or so. Always invited me in to the house for the chat and he loved joking around. I’m sorry I didn’t get to see him in the last 10 years but I spoke a few times on the phone. Gentleman that will be missed. Sorry for your loss Mary and Declan.
